_________Application Forms 2008 Kodály Master's Program Application Form pdf 2008 On-line Application Form How to Apply Application Requirements: Complete and submit the on-line (preferred) or paper application. Pay the non-refundable application fee of $50. Make arrangements for your undergraduate college to send an official transcript for your bachelor’s degree in Music or Music Education, with a GPA of 3.0 or higher.  Special permission from the program director is required if your undergraduate GPA is lower than 3.0. Write and submit an essay describing your academic and professional accomplishments, your aspirations, and why you want to enroll in the Kodály master’s degree program. Submit your resume or vitae. Optional but recommended: Submit professional letter(s) of recommendation for your entrance into the program.
